<p>Some basic facts about vegetarian meal diet plan:</p>
<p>· Eat a variety of plant proteins to fulfill the adequate proteins in the diet like legumes, grains, seeds, nuts and vegetables.</p>
<p>· Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Boiling vegetables is a better option than frying as it retains nutrients and colors.</p>
<p>· Avoid milk and milk products in diet as much as you can. Milk products have saturated fats that are harmful for heart. Eggs should also be limited as they have fats.</p>
