Low Calorie Diet Meal

Everyone loves eating and no one wants to get obese, but with the junk food, which is served these days in restaurants and hotels you can’t prevent yourself from getting obese. There is a need of awareness among the society for low calorie diet meal. There are many low calories diet meal plans available in media these days which are structurally different, but have common essence of lowering fat and carbohydrates in the body.

This low calorie diet has definite advantage over normal diet as it is balanced and filled with nutrition. Dieticians usually make a diet chart for the individual, mostly rounding off the daily calorie requirement to 1300-1500 calories. The individual has to strictly follow the diet plan to shed off weight.

Effective Low calorie diet meal plan should have:

- It should have balanced amount of all essential nutrients required for the body.

- Carbohydrates should not form the bulk and limited to 50% of the meal, starch rich vegetables like potatoes should be avoided. Banana and rice should also be limited.

- Protein and fats should form 25-25% as they are also required for various metabolic processes.

- Drinking a lot of water is recommended because it let you feel full and also brings freshness to the body.
