There are various low calorie foods available to lose weight with ease and easiest one to get and eat is a low calorie snack. These snacks fit to every low diet calorie plan pretty easily. With these snacks you can satisfy your hunger without gaining extra weight. Most low diet calorie plans are fixed at 1500 calories a day. And if you have a fear that these snacks can hamper your diet plans, then nothing to worry because they are safe and very few calories. Besides, the diet advantages they are easy to make and serve.

Let us discuss some of the low calorie snacks here. Basically, every low calorie diet snack is composed of three components; 50% carbohydrates, 25% fat and 25% proteins. So, they have to be made care.

· Cereal bars and chocolate bars: these are available in the market on all departmental stores. Most of them have only 140 calories.

· Peanut butter: peanut butter has only 120 calories to offer and have a lot of fibers too so a good option for fast weight loss.

· Whole wheat breads: it is amazing that whole grain wheat bread offers only 40 calories and easily available.

· Jellies: Jellies available in market have few calories and delicious to eat.
